This May half term, get ready to strike some seriously playful yoga poses as you journey through the Garden on an engaging kids’ wellbeing trail.

These are no ordinary poses, but stretches that will make your children giggle, smile, and unleash your inner warrior or dancer! Along the way, give your mental agility a good workout too by finding letters hidden on flowers hanging around the Garden that unlock a secret word – crack the code to claim your well-deserved prize.

Whether you’re a budding yogi or simply seeking to immerse yourself in nature’s splendour, our Springtime Stretch trail promises fun, fitness, and a prize waiting at the end.

Spring is an inspiring time to explore the Garden and Woodland, with an abundance of vibrant azaleas and towering rhododendrons.

Picnics and dogs on leads are welcome.
