The Summerhouse Café
Set within the Garden, the Summerhouse Café is the perfect spot to pause and relax during your visit – serving barista coffee, homemade cakes and bakes, savoury treats, and freshly prepared sandwiches made with locally sourced ingredients.
As the Summerhouse Café is nestled inside the Garden, a Borde Hill membership or admission ticket is required.
Ginkgo
Located inside our visitor entrance building, Ginkgo is our bright, sunshine-hued coffee shop offering the same great coffee and delicious homemade food in a beautiful indoor setting.
Ginkgo is open seasonally and when open, does not require Garden admission.
Please note the Garden Cafés only accept card payments, and welcome dogs on short leads.
Edie's Kitchen
Daytime dining for all the family in a relaxed courtyard setting – whether visiting the Garden or joining us for breakfast, coffee and cake, or a lunchtime meal. Open daily from 9am.
Restaurant Isca
Joyful, seasonal dining in our elegant glasshouse restaurant, with dishes shaped by biodynamic produce grown and harvested across our estate. Open Wednesday to Sunday.

Set within 383 acres of heritage listed Parkland, our formal Garden captivates and delights visitors with a series of intimate 'Garden rooms'. Beyond the formal Garden you can explore Woodland walks, the South Park and our lakes with outstanding views across the Sussex High Weald.
