A new food destination in the heart of West Sussex celebrating seasonal dishes inspired by nature.

We are hosting a Recruitment Open Day on Tuesday, 31st March 2026, from 10am – 2pm, to recruit our founding teams.

Restaurant Isca will be a refined, elegant and joyful glasshouse restaurant.

Edie’s Kitchen will be an energetic, family friendly daytime dining destination.

Both will deliver exceptional service, warmth and joy to our guests.

We’re looking for chefs, waiters, baristas and bartenders who want to bring our nature-led spaces to life, and create memorable experiences, time and again.

Whether you’re experienced in hospitality or just starting out, we have opportunities across a range of roles.
